FOR MEN WHO REFUSE TO LIVE PASSIVE OR ORDINARY.

We are not victims of culture, emotion, or circumstance. We are responsible for what we create and what we tolerate. We are modern pioneers.

The man who rules his own spirit is stronger than the man who takes a city. Discipline. Integrity. Mental toughness. Emotional clarity. We train them like our future depends on it—because it does.

DAY 1: CONFRONT THE TRUE ENEMY

No more lies. No more excuses. Own it where you are.

On day one, we dive into the depths of the unconscious mind, embarking on a journey of self-exploration. Through a series of transformative exercises, we uncover and confront the limiting subconscious beliefs that shape your presence in relationships, career, faith, and more. To transform our performance in the world, we must challenge the foundational beliefs that drive us.

DAY 2: REIMAGINE WHAT'S POSSIBLE

Clarify your vision of the man you want to be and the Legacy you want to leave.

Day two is where we dive into uncharted territory. What resources might be hiding in places your old assumptions told you were empty? What treasures lie in the caves you’ve been too hesitant to explore? Transformation happens only when you step outside the boundaries of your past experiences and dare to see what’s possible. By the end of the day, your vision for your future self will start coming into sharp focus.

DAY 3: COMMIT & STAND

Become the man your family and community need.

Day three is all about the power of commitment. We’ll break down how sticking to your word impacts every area of your life—Faith, Family, Body, and Business. You’ll see how honoring your promises strengthens relationships, both personal and professional. With a clear vision in place, we’ll lock in on who we need to be for those around us, making unwavering commitments to lift each other up.

LEGACY OR REGRET

YOU DECIDE.

  • YOU KNOW YOU WERE MADE FOR MORE—AND THAT’S WHAT HAUNTS YOU.

You’ve built, achieved, and earned respect. But inside, there's a frontier you haven’t fully explored—the man you could become.

The real territory isn’t out there. It’s within. And mastery? It’s not a destination. It’s a decision you make every day to rise, refine, and lead from the inside out.

  • YOU DON'T WANT TO WAKE UP ONE DAY FULL OF REGRET.

You’ve seen it before—men who drifted, who lost their edge, who became strangers to their own families. And deep down, you know: if you keep leading like this, one day you’ll look back and wonder, “What if I had taken ownership when it mattered most?”

  • COMFORT IS KILLING YOUR FIRE FOR WHAT MATTERS.

You weren’t always like this. You used to lead with hunger—driven, present, and committed to more than just success. But somewhere along the way, distractions became habits. Routines became excuses.

And now you're building a life that looks impressive—while slowly sacrificing the one thing that matters most: your family.

  • YOU NEED A BROTHERHOOD THAT CHALLENGES YOU—NOT ONE THAT LETS YOU HIDE.

You’re surrounded, but disconnected. Leading at work, holding it down at home—but carrying it all alone. You’re tired of shallow circles and men who won’t tell you the truth. You need a fire-tested brotherhood that sees through the image, speaks to the man beneath it, and refuses to let you settle.

MOST MEN CHOOSE COMFORT OVER CALLING.

LEGACY MEN RISE TO THE CHALLENGE.

WE BELIEVE LEGACY IS BUILT.

NOT INHEIRITED.

This is a ruthless confrontation with the only thing standing in your way… YOU. Expect to be tested. Mentally. Physically. Spiritually. This isn’t about comfort—it’s about mastery. Through disciplined pressure, deep reflection, and a brotherhood that refuses to settle, you’ll awaken the part of you that’s been buried beneath responsibility and routine -the part built to lead with clarity, strength, and conviction.

Got questions? We’ve got answers.

Frequently Asked Questions

Wake Weekend is a high-intensity, three-day leadership experience built for high-performing men who look successful on the outside—but know they’re under-leading where it matters most. This isn’t a retreat. It’s a trial by fire designed to confront distraction, expose drift, and awaken disciplined self-leadership in every area of life. Below, you’ll find answers to the most common questions about the experience, what to expect, and how to prepare for the work ahead.

Question 1: What's the best airport to fly into?

CLT is the closest major airport; however, GSO and AVL are both around an hours drive. The event starts promptly at 9a on Friday morning and ends around 9p on Sunday evening so we recommend flying in Thursday afternoon and flying out on Monday morning.

Question 2: Where should I stay?

A shuttle will pick up participants in the parking lot of the Statesville Fairfield Inn & Suites (1243 Tonewood St, Statesville, NC 28677) every morning at 9a. We recommend participants stay at the Fairfield. If you choose to stay off property you are responsible to be in the parking lot of the Fairfield by 9a each day for shuttle pick up. Failure to do so will result in being left behind and prematurely ending your training.

Question 3: Are meals included in the ticket cost?

Lunch and dinner are provided each day during the training. We recommend eating a healthy breakfast each morning at the hotel before shuttle pick up.

Question 4: What should I pack?

The packing list includes the following items: 4 pairs of black athletic shorts, 2 solid black T-Shirts, 2 pairs of tennis shoes, 1 semi-formal outfit (black button up shirt, slacks, shoes) 1 light black rain jacket, and a book bag.

The longer you delay, the more it costs—your leadership, your family, your future.
